Plan a video sales letter that explains one customer problem, presents a clear offer, and gives viewers a useful next step.
Choose one audience and one problem for the video. Explain the situation in language that your customer uses. Avoid an introduction that lists every service you offer. The opening should help a viewer understand whether the message is relevant to them.
Describe what the offer includes and how it addresses the problem. Use an approved customer example when it helps explain the experience. Keep claims specific and support them with information you can verify. State important conditions clearly. Do not use a customer quote to promise results that the quote does not support.
Ask viewers to take one useful action, such as booking a conversation or viewing a service page. Put the link where they can find it. Read the script aloud and remove repeated points before recording. Add captions and check the final video on a phone. Review whether viewers take the intended action, not only whether they watch.
